Park Place Seniors Living is a leading seniors care organization committed to clinical excellence, resident safety, and continuous quality improvement. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Quality to support our Vice President, Quality Assurance and Corporate Quality Team.

This role is ideal for a healthcare or clinical quality administrator who thrives in structured, purpose‑driven environments and wants to contribute to system‑wide quality and safety initiatives

About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President, Quality Assurance, the Administrative Assistant – Quality plays a vital role in supporting clinical quality, governance, and improvement initiatives across the organization. You will be a key connector between site leaders, quality specialists, and corporate leadership — helping to ensure excellence in documentation, communication, and coordination.

This role blends administrative expertise with healthcare quality insight, making it well-suited for candidates with experience in clinical administration, quality programs, healthcare leadership support, or regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Quality Team
  • Support quality improvement initiatives aligned with Park Place’s Quality Improvement Program
  • Coordinate, schedule, and support meetings (committees, leadership, planning), including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Draft, edit, and format reports, policies, presentations, and quality documentation
  • Maintain policies, procedures, records, and document management systems
  • Act as a liaison with Site Leaders and corporate departments on quality-related initiatives
  • Manage incoming communications and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Support virtual and hybrid meetings, including technical setup and troubleshooting
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What You Bring

  • Certification or education in healthcare office administration, health services administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, clinical, or quality-focused administrative roles (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare environments, quality programs, or regulatory frameworks
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and document management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining connected to a broader team
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to confidentiality
