What You’ll Do

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for residents
• Serve meals in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner
• Support special diets and texture‑modified meals as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and service areas
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and follow food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with cooks, dietary staff, and leadership
• Help create a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, team‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality is an asset (but not required)
• Food Safe certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to follow instructions, routines, and safety procedures
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform light to moderate lifting throughout a shift
• Genuine care and respect for seniors
