We are pleased to offer a fully equipped hair salon space at Pine Grove Seniors Community in Kamloops, BC.

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed hairstylist interested in providing personalized, on-site hair services to seniors in a welcoming long term care environment.

We are looking for a professional, compassionate hairstylist who enjoys building relationships with seniors and creating a positive salon experience for our residents.

Experience working with seniors, older adults, and/or individuals with complex care needs is considered an asset. An understanding of the unique needs of seniors, including mobility limitations, cognitive changes, and other care considerations, is an added advantage.

The Salon Includes:

• Two hooded hair dryers
• One fixed salon sink

Requirements:

• Valid hairstylist license/certification, as applicable
• Valid business license
• Proof of liability insurance
• Current Criminal Record Check (CRC)
• WCB coverage, if applicable
• Professional, respectful, and compassionate approach to working with seniors
• Ability to work safely and respectfully within a long-term care environment
