Hardisty Care Centre is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide person-centred nursing care to residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help promote a safe, respectful, and high-quality care environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring of residents.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Support residents and families through respectful communication, advocacy, and clinical guidance.
- Promote a safe environment by following infection prevention, health and safety, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with active registration in good standing with the applicable provincial nursing college.
- Current CPR certification as required by provincial legislation.
- Recent experience working with seniors or in long-term care is an asset.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems.
